Making an appointment

If you wish to make an initial appointment or have not been seen by a specialist at the clinic within the last two years, please arrange for a referring GP or Physician to send a letter to The London Clinic of Dermatology, 60 Grove End Road, St John's Wood, London, NW8 9NH (fax no 020 7266 8201). We ask that you include a daytime telephone number on the letter so that we can contact you directly to arrange an appropriate appointment. You will be required to complete or update medical forms prior to your consultation and we therefore ask that you arrive 10 minutes in advance of your scheduled appointment.

If you would like to make an appointment for laser hair reduction or wish to have a cosmetic consultation with our Nurse Practitioner and do not have a skin condition or cosmetic problem that you wish to discuss with a Consultant Dermatologist, please contact the clinic on 0207 266 8200. A referral may not necessary for this visit.

Payment Information

Outpatient consultations and treatments are payable on the day the service is received.  We will issue a quote for any proposed treatment once you have been examined. If you have private medical insurance your receipt should be forwarded to your insurer for reimbursement in line with your policy.

Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend for your appointment we ask that you contact the clinic within 2 working days to avoid a cancellation charge. This enables the appointment to be offered to a patient on our waiting list or requiring urgent clinical assistance.

Please note that if you accept a short notice appointment within the 2 working day timeframe, the cancellation policy will apply.
